The Paper Review Committee is established by the Host Institution with approval of the NCC Secretariat, to conduct quality technical reviews of each research and (or) innovation paper that is submitted to the National Conference on Communications.
This Committee is also responsible for developing guidelines used in reviewing papers as well as selecting the best Conference papers. It also selects the best papers for inclusion on the NCC program.
