The National Conference on Communications (NCC) 2025, hosted by ISBAT University in partnership with the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), is the nation’s most influential platform for advancing communications research, policy, and innovation. This year’s edition focuses on Bridging the Digital Divide: Inclusive Tech for Uganda’s Future , bringing together researchers, industry leaders, policymakers, and students to tackle pressing challenges in connectivity, emerging technologies, and digital inclusion.
