The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), in collaboration with ISBAT University and Gulu University, is pleased to inform the public that the 9th National Conference on Communications (NCC) will be held on 2nd and 3rd October 2025 at ISBAT University, Plot 11A Lugogo By-Pass, Kampala.
